This tutorial will tell u about the concept of making lcd in PS. First design a shape for the LCD (usually rectangle) and fill it with #7FC4C7. Next apply these styles.

 

Now, duplicate the layer with the shape. Transform(Ctrl+T) it and reduce the width to 98% and height to 90%. Now fill the shape with white. Lower the fill opacity of this layer to 0%. Now make white ur foreground color by pressing D then X on the keyboard. We will apply the Gradient overlay style to it. Use these settings:


This completes ur LCD Display. Type ur text. A Digital font will look good.
